Help me on this PDA-phone?

I am currently looking for a PDA-phone that has the Windows Mobile operating system. You do not need a new phone-released on the market. I am looking for a decent life chance PDA-phone that is able to help me manage my schedule, remember the essential tasks, take some pictures of decent work in office documents, etc. Web browsing is the lowest priority. I've been watching comments and CNET seems that there are major issues surrounding mobile O2 in particular, freezing at times and battery life. Can someone enlighten me on the value of the purchase of O2?

Get the P990i Sony Ericsson. impressive sound.
